ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
DPS Communications reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, the unavailability of a product or errors in the prices and product descriptions shown anywhere on the DPS Communications website. By placing your order, you agree that DPS Communications total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid to DPS Communications for the product giving rise to DPS Communications liability.
ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION
We are fully intent that all of the information provided on this site is accurate and up-to-date, where possible. All specifications, information and images have been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications or from public domain sources. We will notify you of the correct price at the earliest time possible and will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders on products published at the incorrect price.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
While we will endeavour to fulfil all orders placed on our site the products are subject to availability, and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. If we cannot process an order for this reason we will fully refund any monies paid to us or offer an alternative product. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equal or higher value in the event of supply difficulties.
TRADEMARKS
All brand names, product names and titles used in the site are trademarks or trade names of their respective holders and belong to them. Image brands are used for illustration purposes only. Our name and logo belong to us. You must not use such marks without prior written permission of the owner.
COMPLETING TRANSACTIONS ON THE SITE
